You sound like Louise Hay, my sat guru of healing and love.

Describes me perfectly: “My mind tries to force me to focus on anything else other than what I need in this moment.” Also, “I will forget the most basic and simple thing to help myself feel fulfilled.” Over the years I have described to others that I feel this sense of being stuck in the mud or tar in terms of doing the very things that bring me joy. Playing guitar and singing, for instance, brings me great joy… when I actually pick it up and do it. “Actually pick[ing] it up and do[ing] it” is tremendously difficult for me… and that being said, I really connected with this, Amanda, so thank you. My journey to a full me continues… 🙂
You are a badass!! – I miss you wildly!
Lovely! What I need right now is to brush my teeth and care for my gums. I love you dear.
This is great! I am going to pass it along to the staff at St David’s ER Social Work!
